Poor old Andy Burnham - it wasn't going too bad until he announced he represented the Prime Minister. He didn't even get booed as an Evertonian.

The mood is getting darker. The spin is that an enquiry has yet to give judgement on police action. Still too deluded to see the real cause of anger.

The government deserves a good heckle, but in the context, how can you blame them for something that happened eight or nine years before they even got into power? If they'd sent Boris Johnson, however ...

To be fair the crowd chanted 'justice for the 96' earlier but let him speak until he mentioned the PM!

That's exactly how the BBC reported it - that the booing ("heckling") was because of a lack of an enquiry by some previous government, as opposed to the hatred of the current Prime Minister. Nice try...
